- Supply listings are everywhere; qualified buyer demand is the scarce data. WTB intent — budget, specs, deadline — is what we structure first.
- Stale listings expire. Hard expiry with renewal nudges — the freshness discipline no trade channel has.
- Communities stay sovereign. Your rules, your mods; federation with other servers is opt-in, later, voluntary.
